1. What happens after I join doTERRA?

After you join doTERRA, you'll receive an email with a confirmation of your order and instructions how to log into your new account. Use your email and the password you created to login at doterra.com

2. How do I order more oils?

After you've become a doTERRA member, you'll log into your account at doterra.com with your email and password. You can then add any items to your cart at wholesale prices and checkout. You can also choose to set up and shop through the Loyalty Rewards Program. Most members shop using this program because they earn reward points that can be redeemed for free products.

3. How will I know how to use my oils?

doTERRA has many great resources, videos, and trainings available on their site, but most of the help using your oils will come us and the community of members also part of our essential oils team. You'll know what to do and where to go to get any help you need with your oils.

4. How long will it take to receive my oils?

Depending which shipping rate you choose, it may take just a few days or up to about a week. We recommend using Standard Shipping. After you enroll, you can earn 50% or 100% of your shipping costs back in rewards points on all future orders. Learn more about doTERRA's Shipping Rewards Program.

5. Can I enroll others in doTERRA?

Yes. There are no obligations to do so. However, if you love the oils you'll probably find yourself naturally sharing them and telling your experiences with others. 6. Is there are Membership Renewal Fee?

Yes, for only $25 you can renew your wholesale membership annual. You get a free 15ml Peppermint essential oil with your renewal.
