Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. To be eligible for an exchange, any item that is not in its original condition, is used, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error may be exchanged. Exchanges are processed in the form of a gift card that can be used on our site to purchase any other item(s) of your choice.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed and a gift card will be emailed to you with instructions on how to use it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund on your bank statement within 3 business days of receiving notification from us that the refund was processed, contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, promo items or special offers cannot be refunded.
To return your item(s) mail them to: Home Essential Oils Returns 7822 Summerlake Pointe Blvd, Winter Garden FL 34787. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice. If you are shipping item(s) over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to expedite processing time.
