Clear Breathing

CLEAR BREATHING TIPS:

• Diffuse doTERRA Breathe at night during times when seasonal threats are high.
• Rub a drop of Douglas Fir and Eucalyptus on your chest to promote feelings of clear airways.
• Take a drop of Cardamom or Copaiba in a glass of water to assist with respiratory discomfort.
• Apply Eucalyptus or Douglas Fir to the chest to promote feelings of clear breathing.
• Apply Breathe Vapor Stick to chest and neck area as needed to soothe airways.
