Description

A rich meal, an unfamiliar dish, a long travel day—sometimes you want to enjoy what’s in front of you without thinking so much about how your stomach might feel afterward. doTERRA DigestZen brings together Peppermint, Cardamom, Coriander, Ginger, Caraway, Fennel, and Star Anise, seven time-honored botanicals each grown and distilled in its own tradition. Led by Peppermint and Caraway, this synergistic blend supports comfortable digestion and helps settle occasional stomach upset. Take it internally before a meal, massage it onto the abdomen with a carrier oil, or diffuse its sweet, spicy, minty aroma when you want a little more ease built into the moment.
