Helps me breathe, with some drawbacks because of sensitivity

The oil is amazing! I difuse it in my doTERRA defuser and it helps me greatly with my breathing. For over 5 years I have had trouble breathing due to swollen turbinates in my nose. I can't figure out the cause but doTERRA breathe has helped tremendously.

Sometimes I use the vapor stick under my nose to help me breathe. The skin under my nose is very sensitive, so I can only use it on occasion or my skin gets irritated. Sometimes I rub the stick on my hand and place my hand by my nose so I can clear my sinuses without hurting my sensitive skin.

The respiratory drops don't work for me. I have a sensitive stomach and have always had a hard time consuming anything from doTERRA. The oils are just too hard for my sensitive/damaged stomach but are probably fine for most people. I tried the drops but I can't use them. I can only use topical products.

All that said, I absolutely would recommend this Breathe combo pack, or any Breathe product.
