Incredible experience. Intentionally didn’t change anything else in first 30 days. Wanted to see what might change. So this is cool. This is 12 days on metaPWR and I'm diggin' it. My daily routine is to take MetaPWR Advantage first thing in the morning, followed by a MetaPWR softgel, LLV & Yarrow Pom Complex. One MetaPWR Assist 30 minutes before lunch or dinner. One MetaPWR softgel immediately following dinner (when I know I would usually crave something sweet.) One drop of MetaPWR oil under the tongue whenever I feel "snacky." Background: I'm 38 years old, 4 children, homeschool mom, and the changes I've seen are:

• I have lost all desire for coffee. Can't decide if I am happy or sad about that. Desire to eat snacks is diminished, it's reeeeally easy to skip snacking.
• Sweet things no longer appeal to me. When I ignore my body and eat them anyway, I feel gross.

Just had to share…. I’m on day 5 using MetaPWR and am already having positive results. I slept 8 hours the other night, first time in YEARS! I’m feeling rested each morning I awake. I have much more energy and am not getting fatigued in the afternoons like I usually do.
