How to Use Adaptiv Oil Blend

Use 3 - 4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Soak in a Epsom Salt bath by adding 3 - 4 drops to bath water.
Mix 3 drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil for soothing massage.
