- When I start to feel a scratchy throat, I take one drop of this to the back of my throat and chase it with a few drops of olive oil (that I have in a dropper) twice per day. The scratchy throat goes away EVERY TIME. Yes, it burns but the more olive oil you use the easier it is.. just depends on how motivated you are to not be sick. - I had read about "healing" warts with oregano oil so I ordered some to give it a shot. My 6 y/o has planters warts that spread everywhere! We applied the oil every day for a week topically followed by coconut oil as the oregano is a bit strong for his sensitive skin. Within 10 days of ALL of his warts were gone. It was incredible! - Best immune boosting oil!! This coupled with melelueca is awesome when you feel a cold coming. It's very very strong so it must be mixed with a carrier oil (almond, jojoba, or coconut oil, to name a few) if you're rubbing it on your body. - I must say that oregano oil has been the best wart treatment I've ever used. This stuff destroys warts faster and more effectively than any other remedy. - This is one of the most used oils in our family. I don't know where, but this past Summer (2015) BOTH of our kids caught warts on the bottom of their feet AND toes. This DoTerra Oregano Oil works like a charm to quickly rid their feet of those pesky warts. It took about a month for the warts to go away completely (doing 1x per day), but eventually they were eviscerated. If you have warts you cannot get rid of, please consider trying this oil. One of my daughter's warts grew really large, and this oil dealt with it effectively. If interested to know, I mixed two drops of Oregano Oil with about three drops of Almond Oil (from a small dropper). Takes awhile to eradicate the warts, but be patient, because it is working. The warts all fell off, and looked dark brown, as if they had been burned off. No pain was involved at all. If my little kids can take this treatment, anyone can. The only thing I do stress is that you NOT put Oregano Oil directly on your skin. It's considered a "hot oil," which means there is discomfort if you do not dilute it before using on your skin. - Helen
