I take turmeric that I buy from Dr Axe, his stuff is also very good I take a D3 when I take the vitality pack it says to take 4 a day. I did that and it seemed like too much so me and my family take only 2 a day which still works and you get 60 day supply instead of 30. I have used Deep for pain relief in my shoulder. All the oils are wonderful if you mix the oil with a Carrier oil then can apply to skin. I have used several of their oils and with great success.
